We take pride and care when packing orders, we can assure you that you will receive the items in immaculate condition, described as the information provided with photographic evidence on each product and wrapped with careful consideration.
Returns are not accepted because each stone is a unique individual and it picks up the energy of those around it.
The energetic integrity of the stones from THE MYSTIC WOLF has been preserved by cleansing, smudging and has minimal handling with the stones prior to packing and shipping them out to you. We do our best to photograph each crystal thoroughly so the buyer knows what they're receiving along with dimensions and weight of the products.
(i) If you have received your order and you are not satisfied with your product we must have photographic evidence and reasons as to why you are not satisfied with your service and we will review each case individually. On most occasions we will ask you to return the item to us within 14 working days. (unless you are returning from Europe & ROW you have up to 30 working days).
(ii) If you have received your order broken or damaged, please send us photographic evidence with the packaging and we will refund your goods once the item has been returned to us. This will only apply to received goods after purchase, this will not apply to items that have been misuse or damaged by the customer or attempt to return after the 14 day return policy.
Note: Please return the item with it's original packaging.
(iii) If you are returning an item to The Mystic Wolf, return shipping fees are not paid or refunded for by the company.
(iiiii) If your refund to us has been successful, it can take between 7-10 working days for your monies to reach your account. Return or Dispatch fee will not be refunded.
(i) If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us within 1 hour of your purchase as this maybe within our working hours and our packers maybe processing your order promptly.
(ii) If a shipping label has already been printed and paid for, We can refund the cost of the order but we will not refund the shipping charges
If you have made a purchase from The Mystic Wolf through one of our pop up stalls or events and wish to return an item, please see the policy below.
(i) You have 5 working days to get in contact with us if your item is faulty and this will then be reviewed, we must physically see the product or have photographic evidence to open an investigation.
(ii) if we can see your item is commercially damaged we are entitled to decline a refund.
(iii) Once Jewellery has been purchased from our stall/event you are not eligible for a refund or exchange due to the hygiene policy.
(iiii) We require proof of packaging or a receipt with your purchase that you are attempting to return.
(iiiii) Online discount codes cannot be used at our event or stall unless we have announced a special promotion for our events/stalls.
(iiiiii) Loyalty cards are given 1 per customer until they have collected all 7 stamps. If you have lost your loyalty card, we will issue you a new one.
